The Legal Profession Board produces an annual report each year to the Minister for Justice, which is tabled before Parliament. The purpose of the Annual Report is to provide information about the Board’s performance and its activities more generally throughout the year.
A snapshot of the Board’s 2023 – 2024 year includes:
- 215 enquiries;
- 147 written complaints;
- 17 investigations commenced;
- 117 complaints finalised; and
- Hosted Conference of Regulatory Officers (CORO) in Hobart.
